Pickup: Wednesday, Nov. 26th, 5–8 PM at Novel Strand Brewing Co. We’ll have the food trailer out front handing out orders!

Whole Smoked Turkey
Spatchcocked whole turkey (~10 lb average), feeds 6–8.
Includes black pepper turkey gravy + house pickled red onion + full size roasting pan for reheat.
Fully cooked & chilled.

Whole smoked turkey breast (~3–4 lb average), feeds 6–8.
Fully cooked, vacuum-sealed, & chilled.
Whole USDA Prime Beef Brisket
Whole smoked brisket (~5–6 lb average), feeds 10–12.

Served by the ½-gallon in oven-safe foil trays. Feeds 12–14.
