Tuesday, Nov. 24, 5–7 PM at Novel Strand Brewing Co. We'll have the food trailer out front handing out orders!
Need delivery? Limited Wednesday, Nov. 25 delivery may be available for an added fee. Email us to ask.
Order Deadlines
Whole turkeys: Friday, Nov. 13 at 5 PM
Everything else: Tuesday, Nov. 17 at 5 PM
Payment is due within 48 hours of your invoice to hold your order (24 hours for orders placed after Nov. 15).

Smoked Turkey Breast
Whole smoked turkey breast (~3.5 lb average), feeds 6–8.
Fully cooked, vacuum-sealed, & chilled.

Whole USDA Prime Beef Brisket
Whole smoked brisket (~5.5 lb average), feeds 12-16.
Fully cooked, sliced, packed in two halves with beef tallow, wrapped in butcher paper, vacuum-sealed & chilled. Prefer it unsliced? Just select that on the form.

Spatchcocked whole turkey (7-8 lb cooked), feeds 6–8.
Includes a quart of black pepper turkey gravy, 8 oz. of house pickled red onion
